New greens draw a crowd

The investment in artificial turf greens has proven to be a triumph for the Corryong Golf Club, attracting over 50 players from the region to participate in the annual tournament on Sunday, marking the largest turnout in many years.

The standout moments of the day included Dana Lampitt securing victory in the Women’s Division 1, setting a new course record of 84, while Gordon Webb delivered an impressive performance in the A Grade Men category with a score of 77, marking the second-best round on the revamped course.
